This is the second version of the "Winter Landscape in the Forest" I drew it for my wifeAnja. It's called "A walk in the forest".
The picture is drawn with pencils on paper. Here, too, I have created the snowy landscape with the cold, foggy atmosphere in several layers, blurring and erasing again after each drawing. The spatial depth thus created exerts a kind of suction that draws the viewer into the picture.
.Even 33 years ago I had drawn a wasted landscape in which a lone figure of the Wges walks. One finds this first winter landscape here.
